The implementation was executed with Proaxia Consulting Group as the implementation partner, integrating proaxia VSS 5.0 with the SAP S/4HANA application layer for transactional and master data consistency. Operational coverage spanned service, parts and workshop departments across RWZ German sites, centralizing parts availability and warranty decision points. The architecture leveraged S/4HANA as the system of record while proaxia VSS handled dealership-specific service and parts orchestration. Governance changes included standardized service order workflows and centralized parts and warranty handling rules to ensure consistent processing across locations. The project delivered improved operational efficiency through standardized, digitalized service and parts processes as documented by the implementation materials.
