The engagement was delivered as R12 Oracle EBS support and enhancement work onsite in New Delhi, with AWC Software providing technical consulting and system support resources.
The implementation covered Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Inventory, and Purchase Order modules, with functional focus on finance, procurement, and inventory management workflows. Technical delivery emphasized Oracle Reports and Forms, SQL and PL/SQL development, XML Publisher templates, key flexfield and descriptive flexfield configuration, and form personalization to meet RailTel transaction and reporting requirements.
Operationally the Oracle E-Business Suite environment was managed as a support and enhancement program, with AWC Software developers executing custom report development including bursting, report customization changes, and PL/SQL-based data processes. Governance centered on controlled report and form personalization, extension through KFF and DFF configuration, and a support model for ongoing functional change requests within the ERP Financial scope.
