Deltek Maconomy was configured to support core financial management capabilities typical of ERP Financial deployments, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, project accounting and time and expense capture to align with professional services revenue models. The implementation emphasized project level cost control and billing workflows, leveraging Maconomy's native project accounting and financial reporting features to manage client engagements and deliverables.
Maconomy is part of Ramboll's Group ERP topology integrated with Basware for procurement and supplier invoice processing, and with the corporate Data Warehouse for consolidated financial reporting and analytics. The Global Business Applications team also operates alongside HR systems Workday and Easycruit and a Knowledge Management system, enabling HR and project staffing data to be coordinated with financial and project records.
Governance and rollout responsibilities are centralized in the Global Business Applications function, which manages configuration standards, release coordination and cross country operational support across Denmark, India and Finland.
