In 2014 Rancon Group purchased Oracle Cloud ERP in April 2014 and initiated the implementation project in July of the same year. Working with RJT Solution Beacon, Rancon Group went fully live on January 1, 2015, executing a cutover aligned to the start of the fiscal year.
Oracle Cloud ERP, classified as ERP Financial, was provisioned as a cloud SaaS deployment and configured to support core finance and accounting functions for the construction and real estate business. Configuration work focused on standard ERP Financial capabilities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, procurement-related financial controls, chart of accounts design, and period close orchestration.
RJT Solution Beacon led implementation activities across configuration, testing, and cutover planning, driving system acceptance and the January 1 go-live. The project timeline reflects a purchase in April 2014, project start in July 2014, and production deployment on January 1, 2015, indicating a phased delivery and centralized cutover approach for finance operations.
Governance was formalized around central finance ownership, change control for financial configurations, and structured cutover procedures to support the transition to Oracle Cloud ERP. Rancon Group implemented Oracle Cloud ERP ERP Financial to centralize financial processes and standardize month-end and period close workflows across its finance organization.

Governance and process changes accompanied the technical deployment, with standardized procurement procedures and centralized controls implemented to unify purchasing across legal entities. The cloud-based approach also accelerated delivery, enabling the Rancon Group to go live on the ERP and Procurement capabilities in seven months.
The implementation explicitly realized the stated benefits of Oracle's cloud platform, including improved reliability and scalability, greater operational flexibility, and cost advantages, while centralizing back-office procurement operations under Oracle Procurement Cloud for enterprise-wide control.
