The Global People Analytics team operated the Domo environment alongside Ceridian Dayforce operations, coordinating automated feeds and data quality checks so dashboards reflected HRIS and ATS source records.
Governance and operational ownership rested with a Global People Analytics team of seven, accountable for strategy, data quality and day to day HRIS management. A Freshdesk ticketing process was launched globally to manage requests and support for the Domo dashboards and Dayforce integrations, and rollout coordination focused on aligning dashboards to Talent Acquisition, HRBP and leadership workflows across regions.
