Operational coverage emphasized the logistics coordinator role in Toronto and tied site-level dispatch operations to ticket processing in the Rental Management System. Governance included coordination and maintenance of Health and Safety Programs in accordance with the Ontario Health and Safety Act, and formalized ticket prioritization and dispatch escalation procedures. Process changes centered on structured ticket intake, prioritized dispatching and continuous monitoring between Texada SRM and vehicle tracking to support day to day rental and delivery operations.
