In 2021 Rathje Woodward implemented Reveal Logikcull for Case Management to centralize e-discovery review and discovery response workflows for its litigation practice. The implementation targeted a 30 person professional services law firm based in Madison, Wisconsin, United States, and was used by litigation attorneys and seasonal law clerks to manage case files and document review activities.
Reveal Logikcull was configured as the primary e-discovery and case review tool, supporting document ingestion, full text search and filtered review, tagging and coding of documents, and production exports for discovery responses. Law clerks explicitly used Reveal Logikcull to review e-discovery for production and to prepare discovery responses, while attorneys used the same environment for memorandum research and case preparation related to trademark, insurance coverage, higher education, and Section 1983 matters.
Governance centered on role based access and structured review queues to separate law clerk review from attorney review, with audit logging and chain of custody controls used to support discovery production requirements. The implementation organized workflows from collection and review through production, and integrated the case management use of Reveal Logikcull into routine litigation processes such as depositions and settlement mediation preparation.
