Integrations included explicit connectors between Lightspeed eCom, Lightspeed Retail, Booxi, and Ikeono, enabling synchronized bookings and order records. Operational scope was concentrated on the Montreal location and affected store operations, sales workflows, and customer service for bespoke bike assembly. Governance changes formalized appointment driven workflows and routed customer communications through the integrated stack, standardizing order acceptance and build scheduling processes. The solution streamlined appointment driven workflows and customer messaging in Montreal and improved automation of order and appointment coordination for the bike build business.
