Deployment architecture supported a centralized approach to reservation handling while enabling property-level operational controls, aligning system workflows with the company's Asia region operating model. Rollout governance was structured around a regionally phased deployment across Japan, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines, with operational ownership assigned to corporate operations and revenue teams to coordinate property onboarding and configuration. The project was announced in the IQware press release as an IQware PMS selection and positioned to standardize PMS and reservations operations across the Red Planet Hotels estate.
