The implementation concentrated on accounts payable and invoicing automation, with configuration for invoice capture, recurring invoice processing and core general ledger posting and basic financial reporting. AccountsFlow was configured to automate repetitive invoice entry workflows and to provide browser based access for the finance team, aligning application functionality with routine bookkeeping and billing processes.
Rollout was focused on the finance function across the business, accompanied by user onboarding and workflow adjustments to move manual entry into automated steps.
