Governance and reporting responsibilities were formalized during the rollout, with the project lead overseeing day to day accounting operations and the implementation of new accounting guidance. Financial reporting obligations were addressed in system outputs, including preparation of 701 Financial Statement Disclosures, and the deployment emphasized configuration and process changes rather than broader technology integrations.
