Implementation leadership came from ReeR's internal EDP Manager and IT application specialists based in Turin, Italy, aligning finance, accounting and procurement workflows with centralized financial master data and period close controls. The company is a manufacturing organization of about 85 employees and the configuration reflected that operational scale and on-site control requirements. GoldenLake Evolution ERP was configured to interoperate with the company IT footprint documented by internal staff, integrating with SalesForce for CRM, QuartaEvo for quality management, Arxivar for document and process management, MES applications, NiceLabel and SpoolOffice for label design and printing, and Qlik Sense for BI and reporting. The architecture relied on application level integrations and scheduled data feeds to synchronize customer records, inventory-related transactions and financial postings, while leveraging document management to capture invoices and compliance artifacts. Governance and ongoing administration were retained internally under the EDP Manager with IT Application Specialists responsible for configuration management, user provisioning and support. Functional terminology present in the implementation includes financial master data governance, period close orchestration, invoice capture workflows and consolidated reporting through Qlik Sense.
