Data conversion and reconciliation routines were implemented to ingest member, provider and historical claims records from multiple prior source systems to ensure consistent adjudication across the four state plans. Governance and rollout followed a centralized program model with testing cycles and data conversion phases between August 2008 and December 2009, with technical ownership coordinated between Regence IT and vendor teams from Cognizant. The program centralized claims processing on Cognizant TriZetto Facets, standardized benefit and adjudication workflows across the plans and established ongoing data validation and maintenance processes to support CPSS operations.
