The implementation used integrated accounts and payroll capabilities built into TEAM TemplaCMS and exposed a secure client portal for external visibility and self service. Operational coverage focused on finance and payroll departments and the contract management function, keeping system access and contract lifecycle events auditable and traceable. Governance was formalized around role based access and approval routing to reduce paper and email based signature handling, and workflows were re structured to align contract milestones with payroll and accounts posting cycles. Change management emphasized process standardization for contract creation and budgeting to ensure consistent handoffs between contract teams and finance. As reported by the customer the rollout removed manual re keying, improved budgeting and increased transparency, and Regular Cleaning cited a reported 24% revenue growth after adoption of TEAM TemplaCMS. TEAM TemplaCMS provided the company a unified Contract Lifecycle Management platform with integrated accounts and payroll and a secure client portal for external engagement.
