In 2016 Rentokil Boecker implemented KPI Payroll, a Payroll application within the kpi.com platform. The KPI Payroll deployment formed part of a broader kpi.com rollout used by Kendah Pest Control in the United Arab Emirates to digitise field service workflows and to run CRM, accounting, HR and payroll functions, eliminating paper checklists and enabling mobile form capture for on-site crews.
KPI Payroll was configured alongside CRM and accounting modules to unify personnel records, time capture and payroll processing with field operations. Mobile form capture and field service workflow orchestration were implemented to feed operational activity into HR and payroll processes, and client reporting workflows were instrumented to accelerate delivery of service summaries to customers.
The rollout started in 2016 per KPI’s case study statement and spanned operational, HR and finance functions for on-site crews in the UAE. Governance centered on centralized digital workflows and mobile data capture, delivering paperless operations, faster client reporting and integration of payroll and HR with operational data as the primary outcomes reported.
