Intuit Legacy Intuit QuickBooks Online ERP Financial ERP n/a 2012 2018
In 2012, Republic Parking System implemented Intuit QuickBooks Online as its ERP Financial application to centralize accounting for parking operations and corporate recordkeeping. Republic Parking System used Intuit QuickBooks Online as its ERP Financial system to support parking revenue accounting and financial recordkeeping functions. The deployment focused on configuring core ERP Financial capabilities within Intuit QuickBooks Online, including general ledger posting, cash and bank deposit tracking, accounts receivable entries for credit card receipts, and reconciliation workflows. Standard accounting workflows were established to capture daily cash counts at lot level, prepare deposits, and post batch transactions into Intuit QuickBooks Online. Operational workflows combined Microsoft Excel with Intuit QuickBooks Online for transaction staging, deposit preparation, and maintenance of supporting records, with Excel spreadsheets used to create and maintain accounting records before final entry. The implementation covered parking operations at multiple lots and the central finance function, aligning lot-level cash handling with centralized bookkeeping in Intuit QuickBooks Online. Governance centered on standardized counting, deposit, and reconciliation procedures, and on maintaining organized company files and records to support auditability and continuity of accounting data. Training and process controls were applied to lot staff and accounting personnel to ensure consistent use of Microsoft Excel inputs and Intuit QuickBooks Online posting practices.

Optimum Solutions Legacy Optimum HRIS Core HR HCM n/a 2013 2018
In 2013 Republic Parking System implemented Optimum HRIS as a Core HR application to centralize payroll and HR processing. The deployment supported payroll for 40 sites across multiple states including NY, HI, KY, TX, and CO and covered more than 1,000 hourly and salaried employees. Optimum HRIS was configured to handle end to end payroll workflows, including time entry and review of final timesheet reports, payroll calculation, reconciliation prior to transmission, and generation of confirmed payroll reports. Functional capabilities explicitly included garnishment calculation and compliance, manual check processing aligned to state final check laws, and preparation of direct deposit information sheets. Operational processing occurred across AS400 and Optimum HRIS platforms, with staff entering employee time, processing payroll runs, and reconciling results in both environments. The implementation supported centralized print, seal, and mail operations for associate checks, and routine research and email escalation to appropriate staff for payroll exceptions. Process governance emphasized reconciliation and validation steps prior to payroll transmission, documented workflows for garnishments and state final check compliance, and staff level responsibilities for exception handling. Republic Parking System staff helped to implement the new Optimum HRIS and maintained ongoing operational controls for payroll processing and distribution.
