Boomi AtomSphere was configured to handle high volume transactional workflows including the vendor transfer program, automated sales order flows, inventory location tracking, delivery management, invoicing, and financial statement feeding into NetSuite. Functional capabilities implemented included transaction orchestration, routing and delivery logistics automation, electronic capture of customer signatures for route drivers, and consolidation of purchasing and inventory management across multiple sites. Integrations were explicitly built between NetSuite and the electronic systems of tier one tire manufacturers, with Blue Horseshoe Solutions conducting deep discovery of RHD Tire processes and mapping VTP and supply chain touch points into NetSuite. The Boomi environment served as the central integration layer, managing connectivity, transformation, and error handling for hundreds of thousands of annual transactions and providing real time information flows for procurement and logistics. Governance and operational scope covered finance, warehouse operations, inventory management, and delivery routing across RHD Tire’s three locations including the new Indianapolis warehouse, with Blue Horseshoe guiding process orchestration and rollout sequencing. The NetSuite integrations managed by Boomi AtomSphere delivered stated outcomes that include consolidating delivery routes by more than 10%, lowering vehicle expense by $150000, lowering labor expenses by $175000, improving stock picking efficiency while reducing lost inventory, streamlining logistics and procurement with real time partner data, and centralizing purchasing and inventory management for three locations. |
