Rollout focused on embedding the platform into Richardson’s sales enablement practice and extending access to Richardson’s global client base, aligning platform governance with product ownership from the newly appointed Chief Product Officer. According to the vendor case study, the implementation improved speed-to-market and enabled global scale for Richardson’s sales-training offering, positioning BenchPrep LMS as the operational backbone for the Richardson Accelerate sales training service.
