In 2015 Richardson Sales Performance deployed BenchPrep LMS in the Learning and Development category to build Richardson Accelerate, a blended digital sales-training platform designed to scale sales enablement and deliver microlearning and analytics across global clients. The BenchPrep LMS engagement began after Richardson’s new Chief Product Officer joined in 2015, and the Accelerate platform was launched in under nine months, illustrating an accelerated product-to-market cadence.
The implementation configured BenchPrep LMS to support blended delivery models, delivering structured microlearning content alongside analytics capabilities for learner performance and adoption tracking. BenchPrep LMS was used to orchestrate course sequencing and learner pathways for sales training, enabling modular, on-demand learning experiences consistent with Learning and Development best practices.
Rollout focused on embedding the platform into Richardson’s sales enablement practice and extending access to Richardson’s global client base, aligning platform governance with product ownership from the newly appointed Chief Product Officer. According to the vendor case study, the implementation improved speed-to-market and enabled global scale for Richardson’s sales-training offering, positioning BenchPrep LMS as the operational backbone for the Richardson Accelerate sales training service.
