In 2004, Ringrose Law implemented LexisNexis Axxia Artiion as a Legal Practice Management solution during a major United Kingdom desktop IT upgrade to modernise finance and case management. The deployment of LexisNexis Axxia Artiion was positioned to replace older desktop processes and to centralise accounts and case handling across the firm in the UK.
The implementation configured core Artiion accounts functionality alongside Case Manager and e-Case modules, and instrumented Axxia KPIs for management information and reporting. Configuration focused on finance and accounts workflows and on case lifecycle management, reflecting standard Legal Practice Management capabilities for billing, matter tracking, and operational reporting.
Rollout covered firmwide desktop provisioning within the UK office footprint and aligned process changes for accounting and case teams to the new solution. Governance included management reporting through Axxia KPIs to support executive oversight, and the program explicitly aimed to improve operational efficiency across the firm.

Deployment used Exclaimer’s cloud service integrated with the firm’s Office 365 environment to enforce standardized signatures, templates, and legal disclaimers at send time, delivering template management and signature orchestration without on-premise infrastructure. For a single-user professional services firm the configuration concentrates on consistent branding, compliance of client communications, and uniform contact information across email and web touchpoints, with administrative controls managed through the Exclaimer administration interface to assign policies to the Office 365 mailbox.

The Hotjar implementation used core Hotjar capabilities including heatmaps, session recordings and on-page feedback widgets to visualize click, scroll and attention patterns across key client-facing pages. Configuration was performed through Hotjar's admin settings with tag-based installation on the website, and tracking was scoped to public site pages and contact pathways. Governance was maintained by the site owner with configuration and data access controlled through the Hotjar account, aligning measurement to website content and client inquiry workflows.
