Operationally the Microsoft Dynamics GP environment was used to coordinate fiscal period processes and scheduling across accounting teams, and to support special analysis projects with the Director of Financial Analysis and hotel General Managers. The corporate administrator also managed payroll department personnel workflows while functioning as the system administrator for the corporate UltiPro HRIS, and the finance team prepared and filed more than 50 state sales use, occupancy, and B&O tax returns using the ERP Financial controls and reporting capabilities.
