In 2025, Roar People partnered with B Online Learning to deliver its Reflective Positivity leadership program using the Birch Learning Platform. The engagement was positioned as a leadership initiative within a Learning and Development context, delivered globally by an Australia based vendor and focused on digital courseware, learner assessment, and outcome reporting.
Course content was authored in Articulate Storyline and packaged as SCORM modules, with SCORM tracking configured to capture interaction data and module completions. Survey responses and scored assessments were pushed back into the Birch Learning Platform, where captured LMS data was used to generate personalised PDF reports and feed organisational analytics.
Integrations centered on Articulate Storyline SCORM packages and the Birch Learning Platform LMS ingestion, enabling end to end capture of completions, survey responses, and scoring. Operational ownership aligned with Roar People’s L&D function and the vendor delivery team, supporting distributed learner cohorts across regions.
Governance and workflow configuration included LMS data capture rules and automated report generation based on returned SCORM and survey payloads, documented in the vendor case study. The vendor case study explicitly describes SCORM tracking and LMS data capture in Birch Learning Platform, demonstrating a data driven approach to leadership development and personalised learner reporting.
