Reporting capabilities within Athena Penelope were instrumented to centralize operational reporting and strengthen information accuracy for program management and compliance. Governance and rollout followed a planned, phased approach after the 2015-16 planning period, with process adjustments to booking and billing workflows and tighter information governance to enable the more granular records and improved control of bookings, billing, information and reporting described in Rocky Bay materials.
