In 2014 Rocky Bay implemented Athena Penelope, the Case Management application from Athena Software. The initial implementation established Athena Penelope as the primary system for client records and client related business processes within the organisation.
Following considerable planning in 2015-16, the majority of client related business is now managed through Penelope, and the deployment emphasized increased granularity of client records, formalized booking management, embedded billing workflows, and structured information capture. Configuration work concentrated on record-level data capture and workflow controls typical of Case Management applications, supporting more precise handling of bookings, billing events, and client notes.
Operational coverage consolidated client services functions across Rocky Bay in Australia, routing bookings, billing, and case information into a single application tier. Reporting capabilities within Athena Penelope were instrumented to centralize operational reporting and strengthen information accuracy for program management and compliance.
Governance and rollout followed a planned, phased approach after the 2015-16 planning period, with process adjustments to booking and billing workflows and tighter information governance to enable the more granular records and improved control of bookings, billing, information and reporting described in Rocky Bay materials.
