In 2013, Rodbun implemented Charisma ERP Core, adopting the Charisma Suite as its ERP Financial platform. The decision centralized group activities in a unitary system designed to enable informed business decisions across the organization.
The implementation covered Charisma Suite modules including ERP, Production, HCM, BI, Collection, Retail, and SFA, with Charisma ERP Core acting as the financial backbone. Functional configuration focused on core financial management, production planning and control, human capital management and payroll, business intelligence and reporting, collections management, retail operations, and sales force automation to support end‑to‑end commercial and operational workflows.
Architecturally the deployment established a centralized, group wide instance of Charisma ERP Core to create a single data model for products, customers and suppliers and to unify transactional flows across finance, manufacturing, HR, sales and retail. The unitary system design streamlined master data governance and provided a single source for BI reporting and operational metrics.
Governance and process changes emphasized standardized master data, consolidated order to cash and procure to pay processes, and centralized reporting and collections workflows to support cross functional decision making. The stated outcome was a centralized enterprise system allowing Rodbun to make informed business decisions through unified data and integrated operational modules.

In 2011, Rodbun implemented TotalSoft Charisma Agricultural Manufacturing as its Agriculture ERP to centralize financial-accounting, production, retail and collections across its seed, processing and distribution operations in Romania. The deployment used the Charisma Suite to unify transactional and operational data across the group and establish a single application footprint for core business functions.
TotalSoft Charisma Agricultural Manufacturing was configured with ERP, Production, HCM, BI, Collection, Retail and SFA modules. Configuration emphasized integrated financial accounting, production planning and execution, workforce management, collection workflows, retail point of sale processes and embedded business intelligence for operational reporting.
The implementation created integrated real-time reporting by consolidating data from production, distribution and retail processes into the BI module, enabling cross-functional visibility across seed processing and distribution sites in Romania. Operational coverage included finance, production, retail and collections functions, with the SFA and Retail modules supporting field and point-of-sale sales operations while Collection centralized receivables processes.
Governance focused on centralizing process control and standardizing workflows across Rodbun’s group operations, with the Charisma Suite used to enforce consistent accounting, production and collection procedures. The project delivered integrated real-time reporting and improved operational and financial efficiency for the group across production and distribution process areas.
