| Intuit | Legacy | Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2008 | 2008 |
In 2008 Rogue Fitness implemented Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise to centralize Accounts Payable and core financial workflows. The Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise deployment served as the ERP Financial backbone for the Accounts Payable function at the manufacturing firm, consolidating invoice processing, payment execution, vendor management, and bank reconciliation into a single application.
The implementation focused on Accounts Payable operational modules and controls, including invoice entry and coding, payment processing via credit card and ACH, management of capital asset payments, payroll correction entries, and Huntington bank bill pays. Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise was configured to support vendor creation and ACH or wire verification, AP aging and Unpaid Bills reporting, email remittance communications, and daily bank and credit card transaction downloads for reconciliation.
The QuickBooks environment was extended with Readsoft Exflow for AP automation and Concur for expense management, indicating an integrated document capture and T&E workflow layered on top of the ERP Financial system. Daily bank feeds and Huntington bill pay processes were operationalized to align treasury activity with QuickBooks entries, and remittance emailing was used as a standard vendor communication mechanism.
Operational governance centered on an Accounts Payable owner responsible for creating and updating policies and procedures, researching and responding to vendor inquiries, and assisting with year end audit activities. Controls emphasized vendor onboarding and payment verification, routine reconciliation workflows, and AP aging management to support both Treasury and Payroll interactions within the finance organization.
