The implementation targeted the company’s core administrative footprint in Bucharest and was sponsored by the Chief Financial Officer who also owned Finance, IT and Administration responsibilities, aligning the new system with existing group governance structures. TotalSoft Charisma Performance Management was configured with standard Performance and Goal Management capabilities, including cascading goal hierarchies, KPI scorecards, configurable appraisal cycles, 360 degree feedback workflows, and executive dashboards. The deployment emphasized structured review workflows and role based access controls to support recurring review periods and manager driven calibration sessions. The implementation integrated with Romelectro’s Charisma ERP and its Business Intelligence module to feed financial and project metrics into performance scorecards and consolidated reporting. Architecture and data flows were sized for a 33 employee group, with the performance application sourcing headcount, project assignment, and financial indicators from the ERP and BI layer to ensure consistent metrics between operational projects and individual performance assessments. Governance and process changes were driven by the CFO and aligned with a newly established PMO and project management methodology, embedding performance reviews into project delivery governance and period end reporting. Rollout focused on standardizing goal setting and reporting across finance, project management and administrative functions, creating a single source for performance data within the existing Charisma ecosystem.
