Operational coverage included clinical teams, reception and billing personnel across the practice, with system configuration aligned to appointment handling, clinical chart access and financial posting workflows. Governance focused on maintaining accurate animal records in Triple Crown Software alongside consistent practice management processes in Covetrus ImproMed to preserve record integrity and operational continuity.
