The Acumatica Cloud ERP deployment focused on core accounting, inventory management, sales order processing and inter-company transaction capabilities. Configuration emphasized streamlining the sales workflow, reducing a previously nine step sales process to three steps, and enabling browser-based access for desk and branch users, leveraging Acumatica’s API capabilities to support automation and extensibility. Integration work consolidated data flows between Acumatica Cloud ERP and Ropali’s other applications, eliminating manual re-encoding and reducing encoding errors by automating inter-application transactions through Acumatica APIs. Operational coverage addressed Ropali’s dealership functions across its 127 branches in Luzon with provisions to support expansion into the Visayas and Mindanao regions, and the system was positioned to support sales, spare parts and accessories workflows along with financial close processes. Governance and process change centered on simplifying transaction workflows and centralizing inter-company sales and reporting, with Infosoft Consulting leading the deployment and configuration. Outcomes reported by Ropali included fewer manual tasks, elimination of double data entry, and more timely, comprehensive and accurate information for operational, financial and strategic decision-making.
