Operational scope covered 205 users across four sites and six facilities including a retail location, supporting about 30 servers and providing trackside data communications support for the EFI Program at Sprint Cup races. Governance centered on centralized storage, automated analytics and day to day operational support for manufacturing and finance, with infrastructure consolidation and communications management driving the technical rollout and ongoing operations.
