In 2013 RPC implemented Aderant Expert Case to centralize case lifecycle and time capture for its operations within the manufacturing firm. The deployment centered on Aderant Expert Case as the primary Case Management application and included a simultaneous operational integration of Expert Time Management to address firmwide time entry and billing needs.
The implementation configured Aderant Expert Case with an integrated Expert Time Management suite that provides a full time management capability set. These capabilities were used to streamline standard case management workflows such as time capture, narrative management, and billing preparation.
Integrations were explicit between Expert Time Management and Aderant Expert, enabling contiguous time data flow into the Case Management environment. Operational coverage focused on firm level timekeeping and case-related billing processes, impacting finance and operations functions responsible for revenue capture and record keeping. Governance changes included updated approval and correction workflows driven by the ability to adjust posted time and by enhanced search and draft entry controls.
Reported outcomes from the deployment emphasized cost efficiency, improved productivity, and seamless upgrades for the time management layer. The Aderant Expert Case implementation, coupled with Expert Time Management, delivered a case management and timekeeping architecture designed to reduce friction in time capture and to simplify ongoing system maintenance.
