Governance and operational control were enforced through designated administrators, including an MRI administrator, FileStar administrator, SharePoint administrator, AVID Invoice administrator, and an SSRS report writer with VBA development support. Governance activities focused on role based access control, standardized report templates and document linkage workflows to maintain consistency between MRI Platform X, FileStar and SharePoint.
