In 2017, RSWM engaged ICCG to implement Infor M3 ERP as its Manufacturing ERP, initiating a program that consumed approximately 40,000 person hours. The engagement began with a targeted rollout for RSWM’s Yarn Manufacturing business and proceeded to a full-scale implementation across the Denim fabric manufacturing division and related lines of business including LNJ Denim and Mayur Brands.
Infor M3 ERP was implemented with a comprehensive module set covering Manufacturing Execution, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchase, Finance and Accounts including AP, AR, GL, Budgeting, Fixed Assets and Costing, Product Data Management, Production Planning, and Plant Maintenance. The implementation also incorporated statutory and compliance functionality for GST and eWay Bill along with other statutory requirements relevant to Indian manufacturing operations.
ICCG executed the project using an Infor and ICCG owned methodology, provisioning user onboarding, configuration, and textile-specific functional design. Implementation governance included creation, verification, and sign-off of requisite project artifacts, and a structured project management approach described as methodological and proactive, with ICCG consultants bringing combined expertise in textiles and Infor M3.
The program delivered Infor M3 across RSWM’s operational footprint for yarn and denim manufacturing, positioning Infor M3 ERP as the enterprise Manufacturing ERP for those lines of business. The project is recorded as one of the larger Infor M3 implementations completed by ICCG and was reported as finished on schedule.
