Gantner Legacy Gantner GT7 Terminal Time Clock (Hardware) HCM n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Rulantica deployed the Gantner GT7 Terminal across its German water park operations. The Gantner GT7 Terminal was implemented as a Time Clock (Hardware) installation to provision RFID wristbands for visitor management, enable cashless payments, and operate smart locker controls. Functional configuration emphasized RFID wristband provisioning, turnstile entry control, locker control and automated payment processing, with GT7-enabled terminals orchestrating fast guest throughput at entry points and point-of-sale interactions. These capabilities align with Time Clock (Hardware) device features such as secure credential reading, terminal-based transaction processing, and event logging to support operational workflows. Operational scope covered front-of-house admissions, locker operations and payment points within the attraction, and the project increased visitor throughput while reducing staffing needs as part of the attraction operations rollout in Germany. Given the GT7 terminals include time and attendance capabilities typical of Time Clock (Hardware) devices, their use for employee time capture at entry terminals is a reasonable inference, and governance emphasized centralized terminal provisioning and wristband lifecycle management to coordinate visitor, payment and workforce workflows.
