Transflo Legacy Transflo Unite Intelligent Document Processing Content Management n/a 2023 2023
In 2023 Ryan Transportation Service deployed Transflo Unite in the Intelligent Document Processing category to automate document capture and invoice processing for its broker finance and billing team. The deployment used Transflo Workflow AI to centralize capture, classification, and data extraction from carrier documents and invoices, aligning the solution with standard IDP capabilities for extraction and validation. The implementation configured document capture pipelines, automated invoice data extraction, rule-based validation, and workflow routing to finance tasks. Transflo Unite was configured to surface exceptions for human review and to drive automated routing of validated invoices into broker billing procedures, enabling end to end back office automation within billing operations. Operational scope was focused on the broker finance and billing team, where the system supported day to day invoice intake, verification, and approval workflows. Governance changes included the establishment of exception handling queues and operator review workflows to manage extraction accuracy and throughput while maintaining auditability of processed documents. The customer reported approximately 400 hours per week saved and approximately 15 percent departmental efficiency gains following the rollout. Transflo Unite provided a consolidated Intelligent Document Processing solution that reinforced invoice processing capacity and operational scalability for Ryan Transportation Service.
