In 2012, Sydney City Toyota implemented TimeTec FingerTec PlusKadex+ across four sites, deploying Time Clock (Hardware) terminals together with TimeTec Web to centralize real-time attendance capture. The implementation established a centralized attendance collection architecture while preserving on-site terminal capture at each location. FingerTec terminals recorded site-level attendance events and fed those records into a centralized TimeTec Web instance, enabling batch exports of attendance data into Unipay payroll. The TimeTec FingerTec PlusKadex+ implementation integrated directly with Unipay payroll for payroll processing, and the project delivery was executed by FingerTec Australia in partnership with Unipay Australia as documented in FingerTec's June 2012 newsletter. Operational coverage included multi-site HR and payroll functions across all four Sydney City Toyota locations, with rollout activity focused on standardizing attendance capture and payroll export workflows. The resulting configuration improved multi-site attendance management and payroll integration while formalizing attendance-to-payroll data flows for HR and payroll teams.
