Governance was organized around phased cutovers and close client partner collaboration, enabling standardized ways of working and process streamlining across the organisation. Reported outcomes include more consistent operational workflows, efficiency gains in finance and order processing, and a robust, future proofed Microsoft Dynamics AX platform supported by ongoing HSO consultancy and support.
