Aura Salonware Legacy Aura Salonware Platform Salon Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2025 2025
In 2020, Salon@Church implemented the Aura Salonware Platform to centralize bookings, invoicing and reporting. The Aura Salonware Platform functions as the Salon Management solution for Salon@Church in Welland Ontario, instrumenting front desk appointment scheduling, stylist service capture and point of sale invoicing modules. Implementation scope concentrated on operational workflows for bookings, retail sales and management reporting. Salon@Church integrated SalonScale for parts and labor pricing, with the 2020 go-live linking SalonScale pricing rules into Aura Salonware Platform operational reporting to enable customized pricing and standardized price execution. The integration fed pricing detail into reporting workflows so managers could reconcile service pricing with transaction records and inventory usage. This configuration was intended to improve pricing transparency and support profitability objectives across salon operations.
