Governance and rollout emphasized vendor-led support and hands on guidance, with Fishbowl’s support team guiding SanaCare employees through configuration and day to day usage. Reported outcomes included reliable lot and serial traceability attached to patient records, faster and more accurate barcode driven data capture in warehouses, and automated posting of inventory transactions to QuickBooks.
