In 2025 Sandalyeci Turkey kicked off a Workcube ERP implementation as an ERP Financial solution across its İzmir manufacturing site and multi-store retail footprint in Turkey. The project centers on deploying Workcube ERP to provide an integrated transactional backbone for manufacturing, retail and finance operations.
Workcube ERP is being configured to cover explicit modules listed by the vendor, including sales, retail and store management, production using the Workcube E-Furniture vertical, logistics and finance. Functional workflows being addressed include order to cash, shop floor control for multi part assemblies, inventory management across stores and warehouses, and core financial accounting aligned to the ERP Financial category.
The deployment is structured as a unified instance serving the İzmir manufacturing facility and connected retail locations, with data and process standardization to manage complex multi part production and multi site retail operations. The implementation is executed with Workcube partners Connect Yazılım and Ezgi Yazılım, which are managing configuration, vertical adaptation for furniture manufacturing and staged rollouts across sites.
Governance and rollout planning emphasize process standardization for production routing and retail store operations, consolidation of financial posting and inventory valuation flows, and phased activation by business function to reduce disruption. The stated intent of the program is to simplify complex multi part production and to speed time to market for Sandalyeci Turkey.

In 2024, Sandalyeci Turkey implemented Workcube Content Management as part of a broader Workcube All in One deployment for its İzmir operations, initiating a kickoff with partners to cover end to end ERP processes. The engagement is scoped to embed Workcube functionality across finance, sales, purchasing, HR, CRM and retail store management while deploying the Workcube E-Furniture vertical for manufacturing and retail workflows.
Workcube Content Management was provisioned alongside core ERP modules to provide content authoring and lifecycle controls, version management, approval workflows and digital asset management consistent with Content Management practices. Configuration emphasis targeted product master content, specification documents, marketing assets and store merchandising content to align with the E-Furniture vertical and retail operations.
The implementation structure uses native integration inside the Workcube All in One platform to unify ERP transactional modules with content workflows, enabling synchronized product data, sales collateral and store-facing materials without external middleware. Deployment began with İzmir operations and follows a phased rollout model coordinated with functional leads in finance, sales, purchasing and retail management.
Connect Yazilim served as the systems integrator and partner on the engagement, leading kickoff, configuration, and governance activities, including role based access, approval routing and process alignment across impacted business functions. Governance incorporated staged change control and training waves to operationalize Workcube Content Management and the E-Furniture vertical across manufacturing and store management teams.
