In 2024, Sandbox VR implemented Rippling MDM Software as its EMM / MDM / MAM solution to centrally manage devices and automate onboarding and offboarding workflows across the organization. The rollout was scoped to support device inventory and provisioning needs across more than 45 locations, operated by the company IT and operations teams to deliver consistent endpoint management and policy enforcement.
Rippling MDM Software was configured to leverage inventory features and automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, providing standardized enrollment, device inventory reconciliation, and enforcement of security configurations. Configuration profiles and automated onboarding sequences reduced manual configuration tasks and established repeatable provisioning steps for new hires and returning devices.
The deployment integrated Rippling endpoint management with SentinelOne to strengthen endpoint protection, enabling coordinated enforcement of security policies and improved visibility into device posture. Operational coverage spans 45 plus sites, and the system is used by IT for lifecycle management, security operations, and facilities onboarding processes.
Governance centered on centralized policy orchestration and automated offboarding checks to remove access and inventory items as part of standard workflows. The implementation saved up to a full day of provisioning work per new hire and reduced ongoing IT administrative effort, while increasing visibility and enforcement of security policies.
