INX Software Legacy INX InControl Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) HCM n/a 2014 2014
In 2014 Sandfire Resources implemented INX InControl as its Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) application to centralize site-level risk and inspection workflows. The deployment concentrated on the Processing and Maintenance department, following site administration activity between July 2012 and January 2014 that prepared mobilization of approximately 75 new site personnel and initial process plant risk capture. INX InControl was configured for Initial Risk Assessment data entry for the process plant and for daily operational EHS records, including routine inspections, hazard logs, and JHAs or Take 5s, aligning with standard EHS functional workflows. The implementation operated alongside other INX modules, with training schedules and bookings managed through INX InTuition and travel arrangements handled via INX Inflight, indicating modular integration across the INX product family. Operational scope included new employee orientation, PPE provisioning, inductions, shutdown logistical coordination for mobilization and facilities, and liaison with the village accommodation contractor, tying EHS data capture to workforce mobilization processes. The deployment also recorded transactional interactions with Pronto for purchase requisitions and maintenance work orders, supporting alignment between EHS records and site maintenance and procurement activities. Governance emphasized site-level data entry roles performed by site administrators and EHS staff, with Process Managers and supervisors supported by PA functions and structured training schedules. The configuration focused on centralized EHS recordkeeping, inspection orchestration, and risk assessment workflows using INX InControl, using operational terminology such as inspections, hazards, JHAs, and risk assessments to describe implemented capabilities.
