In 2015 Sandicor implemented ICE Paragon Connect MLS Platform, formerly Black Knight Paragon, as its Listing Management platform for San Diego-area associations. The ICE Paragon Connect MLS Platform was provisioned to host Paragon-hosted listing workflows and to apply association-level hosting and permission controls across member associations.
Deployment centered on Paragon listing input and collaboration modules, enabling standardized MLS listing creation, editing, and cooperative workflows across association users. Configuration work emphasized association-level permissioning and hosted listing data models to support member access, submission workflows, and input validation consistent with MLS business processes.
Sandicor integrated the platform with third-party listing tools to support syndication and local member toolchains, while governance was enforced through association permission settings and hosted workflow controls. Operational scope was focused on San Diego-area associations and core business functions of listing management, listing input, and collaborative listing maintenance.
