| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Dynamics AX | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013 Sanimax implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX as its ERP Financial platform to centralize core finance and accounting functions across the organization. The deployment was structured as a multi-site financial system supporting 15 locations and was operationalized through a distributed IT super user network of approximately 30 designated super users who provided local escalation and hands-on support.
Microsoft Dynamics AX was configured to support standard ERP Financial workflows including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, consolidated financial reporting, and multi-entity accounting controls. Configuration and automation work focused on role-based access for finance and accounting teams, test scripts and user acceptance testing led by super users, and project development tasks performed by internal IT resources including training content and system testing.
Operational coverage extended beyond system configuration to include ongoing support, training, testing, and project development activities. Sanimax appointed internal super users to serve as the primary trainers and tier two support across finance and back-office functions, and those super users also maintained familiarity with other in-house systems such as Guide TI and Roadshow during the same support program.
Governance emphasized a super user led rollout and operational model, with structured testing cycles, hands-on user training at site level, and ongoing project development responsibilities embedded in the IT support function. Microsoft Dynamics AX operated as the core ERP Financial backbone within that governance framework, while local super users managed workstream coordination and knowledge transfer across sites.

| UKG | Legacy | UKG Workforce Central Payroll (ex Kronos Workforce Payroll) | Payroll | HCM | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 Sanimax implemented UKG Workforce Central Payroll (ex Kronos Workforce Payroll) to manage the pay of its Garage mechanics. The effort focused on provisioning the payroll application specifically for hourly garage operations within Sanimax Canada, centralizing compensation calculations for that worker population.
The deployment of UKG Workforce Central Payroll included configuration of core Payroll capabilities, including wage and salary rule sets, overtime and differential pay logic, statutory tax and deduction handling for Canada, and timecard-to-payroll reconciliation workflows. UKG Workforce Central Payroll was used to enforce consistent pay rules and to automate recurring payroll computations for the Garage function.
Operational coverage was explicitly limited to the Garage mechanics population, with payroll administrators in the operations and payroll groups operating the system for processing and validation tasks. The implementation emphasized role based access for payroll staff and supervisors, and integration of time-to-pay reconciliation processes within the UKG Workforce Central Payroll environment.
Governance centered on centralized payroll processing for the Garage department, with configuration ownership retained by payroll and operations leads and standard operating procedures created for pay rule maintenance and pay-cycle execution. The narrative is limited to the Payroll application scope and the Garage mechanic workforce, reflecting a targeted application of UKG Workforce Central Payroll.

| Infor | Legacy | Infor M3 | Manufacturing ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Sanimax implemented Infor M3 as its Manufacturing ERP. The deployment established Infor M3 as the core transactional system supporting finance, manufacturing, and transportation business functions across multiple Sanimax sites in Canada and North America, with initial implementation activities concentrated in Montreal, Quebec.
The Infor M3 implementation emphasized modular capability sets consistent with Manufacturing ERP systems, including financial management and period end controls, inventory management and reconciliation, product lifecycle management, production planning and capacity management, quality control, and transportation and fleet process support. Configuration work prioritized process modeling, functional reconfiguration, and optimization of operational workflows as defined by business subject matter experts.
Operational governance was organized around a competency center model, with Business Analysts responsible for identifying operational imperatives, documenting functional and non functional requirements, creating usage scenarios, and preparing process and training materials. Analysts coordinated activities with internal IT teams and third party vendors as required, facilitated user acceptance testing and training across multiple locations, and enforced change management and compliance practices to ensure sustainability of implemented solutions.
Ongoing responsibilities for the Infor M3 environment include maintaining an application portfolio perspective to prioritize strategic operational investments, supporting mergers and acquisitions related integration activities, and continuously refining processes for finance, manufacturing, and transportation domains. Infor M3 is positioned as Sanimax's Manufacturing ERP backbone, with governance and standardized process methods embedded to sustain cross functional operations.
