| Dataiku | Legacy | Dataiku Data Science Studio (DSS) | ML and Data Science Platforms | AI Development | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 Santéclair implemented Dataiku Data Science Studio (DSS) as an ML and Data Science Platforms solution to address growing reimbursement fraud across its health network. The organization found fraud originating from both opticians and patients, and its prior reliance on if then else business rules left the manual audit team triaging too many low risk cases while reimbursements exceeded 1.5 million claims a year.
Dataiku Data Science Studio (DSS) was configured to manage the end to end analytics workflow, from raw data ingestion to exposing predictive models to operational applications, enabling automated model retraining and monitoring. The implementation combined hundreds of variables across patient and prescriber history, interaction graphs, prescription characteristics, and contextual datasets, and applied advanced machine learning models that continually update to capture evolving fraud patterns. The platform’s collaborative interface also allowed nontechnical teams to develop data science workflows, reducing dependence on engineering for routine data preparation and model iteration.
The initial proof of concept used the IMT TeraLab platform and analytic work from Eulidia to produce an operational scoring algorithm that feeds the manual audit team with high likelihood fraud cases. The POC was completed in a few weeks and the solution was industrialized within a few months, with low impact on IT due to production ready components of the Dataiku deployment. Operational coverage focused on fraud detection and manual audit workflows, while marketing and technical teams shifted responsibilities to support model driven case prioritization.
Governance and operational controls emphasized automated monitoring to prevent model drift and minimal human supervision for routine updates. As implemented with Dataiku, Santéclair enabled fraud detection teams to target actual fraud cases three times more effectively, reduced time to market for similar projects, and decreased fraudulent behaviors in the health network, yielding direct financial protection for customers by excluding identified fraudsters from the network.

| AB Tasty | Legacy | AB Tasty Instant Analytics | Marketing Analytics | CRM | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Santéclair deployed AB Tasty Instant Analytics on its public website to capture user behavior and campaign performance. AB Tasty Instant Analytics is used as a Marketing Analytics solution to provide real-time visibility into on-site engagement across the companys digital channels.
The implementation emphasized page-level instrumentation, event tracking and real-time dashboards, leveraging AB Tasty Instant Analytics to surface session metrics, funnel conversion points and heatmap visualizations that are typical for Marketing Analytics platforms. Configuration included custom event tagging for form submissions and conversion interactions, and the application was provisioned to feed centralized dashboards and reports for campaign owners.
Operational ownership was placed with the marketing and digital experience teams, who use the analytics to prioritize content adjustments and to form experiment hypotheses. Governance focused on centralized access to analytics, standard reporting cadences and scripted workflows for ongoing measurement, and the deployment covered customer-facing pages on the corporate website to support campaign-level analysis and iterative optimization.
