In 2021 Sarah Group implemented MYOB AccountRight as its ERP Financial application. The deployment supported multi-entity accounting and payroll operations for more than 500 staff across three corporate entities in Adelaide, South Australia, covering two enterprise bargaining agreements and one modern award. The implementation used MYOB AccountRight as the central financial ledger while payroll processing workflows continued to leverage Ascender Preceda. Time and attendance data was collated, reviewed and uploaded from Promaster and Preceda Time into the payroll chain feeding MYOB AccountRight.
Configuration and operational modules focused on weekly payroll journal generation and posting into MYOB AccountRight, calculation of commissions, statutory payment computation, and preparation of month end and end of year compliance reports. Functional activities included review, coding and entry of apprentice invoices into the ERP Financial system, purchase order uploads, and GST allocation audits. Accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation processes were executed in concert with Aroflo, JobPac and Kofax, with reconciliation outputs mapped into MYOB AccountRight.
Governance and workflow changes emphasized centralized payroll and accounting controls, routine audit checkpoints for GST and purchase orders, and iterative process improvement driven by the Payroll and Accounting Officer role. The engagement also supported SARAH Group participation in an HRIS implementation, positioning MYOB AccountRight as the financial record of truth for payroll journals and statutory reporting within the organization.

| Ascender | Legacy | Ascender Preceda | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012, Sarah Group deployed Ascender Preceda as its Core HR application. Ascender Preceda is an end to end human resource and payroll software solution designed to store and report data across all HR and payroll functions, and the initial rollout covered approximately half the employees across the group, focusing on core HR records and payroll for those cohorts.
Configuration and steady state operations emphasized HR reporting and data extraction capabilities, which became primary functional drivers for management reporting. Functional modules in active use included employee master data, payroll calculations, and HR reporting and analytics, with internal administrators conducting ongoing configuration to address functional gaps and refine security and access controls.
Operational ownership was shared between the HR Manager and an internal Preceda help desk and system administrator, providing day to day support and configuration governance for HR and payroll business functions. No external system integrators or specific third party integrations are documented, so the implementation prioritized internal data management, reporting workflows, and payroll processing managed within Ascender Preceda.
Governance evolved into a hybrid model of internal configuration and formal vendor change requests, driven by administrators who identified access and security gaps and implemented fixes through system setup adjustments or requests to the software provider. The program remains an ongoing process of addressing functionality issues, with improvements delivered both through internal adjustments and vendor-supplied changes to Ascender Preceda.

| Hardcat | Legacy | Hardcat Lebosi | Enterprise Asset Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, Sarah Group implemented Hardcat Lebosi as its Enterprise Asset Management solution. The deployment addressed asset control, tool tagging, and equipment calibration needs for the Australia based construction and real estate company with roughly 500 employees and 115000000 in revenue. Hardcat Lebosi was positioned to centralize physical asset records and support operational workflows across site operations and corporate administration.
Configuration focused on core Enterprise Asset Management modules including an equipment register, tool tagging and barcode inventory, calibration scheduling, maintenance and service scheduling, and procurement linked asset provisioning. The implementation included functional workflows for subcontractor asset assignments, vehicle fleet maintenance records, and training asset bookings to reflect duties performed by Subcontracts and Administration staff.
Historic datasets and manual data entry from Beacon and Preceda were used to populate Hardcat Lebosi records during the configuration, aligning asset identifiers and procurement history with the new register. Operational coverage included Subcontracts and Administration, Accounts assistance for compliance checking and subcontractor payment approvals, Operations for tool distribution, Procurement for office and amenity purchasing, and Fleet for company vehicle servicing.
Governance design emphasized role based access for administration and accounts teams, process controls for security of payments documentation, and workflow steps for subcontractor prequalification and dispute correspondence tracking. The rollout incorporated administrative training and documented procedures for tool tagging, calibration cycles, and asset distribution to mirror existing operational practices.
