In 2025 Saudia deployed Amadeus Nevio as a Passenger Service Systems implementation to translate legacy PNRs and e tickets into single Order records and enable offer and order based retailing. The implementation was announced and went live in 2025 and targeted improved servicing and pricing workflows across Saudia operations in the Middle East.
The deployment was configured to perform PNR and e ticket normalization into canonical Order records, establishing an order management capability within Amadeus Nevio. Functional configuration emphasized order creation, order based servicing, and price orchestration to support more personalized servicing and offer generation consistent with Passenger Service Systems workflows.
Architecturally the rollout used Amadeus smart bridging from Altéa to Nevio, connecting Altéa reservation artifacts to Nevio Order constructs and enabling real time translation and servicing flows. Integrations therefore included the Altéa to Nevio bridging layer, and the solution was positioned to touch reservations, pricing, retailing and customer service operational domains.
Governance for the rollout aligned reservations, retail and customer service process owners to operationalize order based servicing and pricing, with phased cutover announced in 2025. Reported outcomes included fast tracking of offer and order based retailing and more personalised servicing across the Middle East, realized through the engineered translation of existing PNRs and e tickets into unified Order records in Amadeus Nevio.
