Attendance and rostering outputs from 7shifts Employee Scheduling were used to produce staff attendance reports that managers and owners reviewed alongside sales and inventory reporting. Governance and operational ownership rested with restaurant management and the Assistant General Manager who handled recruiting, hiring, training, and schedule approvals, and who used 7shifts Employee Scheduling as a primary tool to streamline restaurant processes and improve the guest experience. Configuration and rollout focused on manager-led scheduling workflows and attendance reporting to support operational coordination across front of house and back of house functions.
