In 2022 Schiesser implemented Inxmail Newsletter Campaigns to support its e-commerce and CRM-driven retail marketing in Germany, using the Marketing Automation capabilities of the Inxmail platform. The initiative was executed via a partner integration with DYMATRIX, focusing on personalized newsletter campaigns and automated trigger-mail workflows tied to customer signals from online retail and CRM systems.
The implementation leveraged the Inxmail Newsletter and Marketing Automation functional scope to configure automated trigger-mail workflows, segmentation-driven personalization, and next-best-offer logic for promotional and lifecycle communications. Inxmail Newsletter Campaigns were configured to manage template orchestration, scheduling, and rule-based recipient targeting, enabling event-driven sends and multi-step campaign sequences common to retail marketing operations.
Integration work centered on connecting Inxmail to Schiesser’s e-commerce touchpoints and CRM data feeds through the DYMATRIX integration layer, enabling synchronized customer attributes and behavioral triggers to initiate transactional and targeted promotional emails. Operational coverage was primarily marketing and e-commerce teams in Germany, with data flows designed to support real-time or near-real-time campaign triggers and CRM-sourced segmentation criteria.
Governance and rollout were partner-assisted, with DYMATRIX handling integration and workflow automation configuration while internal marketing teams managed campaign content and segmentation rules. The project delivered stated outcomes of time savings and more targeted Next-Best-Offer communications for Schiesser’s retail marketing operations.
