Operational coverage emphasized HR and payroll processing workflows and delivery of employee and manager services through ESS and MSS. Governance and process changes were formalized through UPK subject matter expert responsibilities, demonstrations, procedural documentation for content development and maintenance, and creation of RACI documentation to define support roles.
