The firm’s IT leadership also participated in domain committees for Revit, Bluebeam, Cosential, templates, sustainability, virtual reality, and firm standards, ensuring alignment between project delivery tools and the ERP Financial system. Governance changes accompanied the Ajera rollout, with a formalized IT budgeting process, standardized Office 365 synchronization practices, and continuous improvements to support work from home operations. Security measures were elevated over time, and the organization rolled out multi factor authentication company wide while continuing to evolve helpdesk and ticketing workflows to support Ajera driven financial operations.
