In 2011, Screen Innovations, Inc implemented Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise as its ERP Financial application. The deployment centralized core accounting for the US-based manufacturing company with roughly 90 employees, establishing a single financial system of record for transactional accounting and reporting.
Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise was configured to support general ledger management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory costing aligned to manufacturing inputs, and standardized financial reporting. Configuration work emphasized a unified chart of accounts, role-based user security, and multi-user transaction processing to align day-to-day accounting tasks with the company’s finance workflows.
Operational coverage focused on the finance organization and purchasing and order-to-cash processes, consolidating invoicing, vendor payment processing, and inventory valuation within the ERP Financial platform. Routine financial activities were operated through Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise, with accounting staff and procurement users operating from the same transactional dataset.
Governance and process changes accompanied the rollout, with formalized month-end close procedures, approval workflows for payables and procurement, and documented accounting policies implemented inside the system. Role segregation and access controls were applied to support internal controls and to centralize financial process ownership within the finance function.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle NetSuite ERP Advanced Manufacturing | Manufacturing ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 Screen Innovations, Inc implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP Advanced Manufacturing as its Manufacturing ERP platform, executing a full overhaul of manufacturing operations across all product lines. The implementation was led by an Applications Architect and focused on embedding Advanced Manufacturing capabilities including work in process and bill of materials to centralize production control and configuration management.
The deployment configured Advanced Manufacturing WIP and BOM modules to replace the prior component handling approach, and the team redesigned document output by rewriting invoices, work order traveler forms, and top sheet prints into advanced PDF and HTML templates. Oracle NetSuite ERP Advanced Manufacturing was used to formalize functional workflows for production orders, traveler routing, and production documentation, aligning the manufacturing execution layer with order processing.
Data model and master data work included a large scale rationalization that reduced the overall number of assembly items by 400,000, and the introduction of custom measurement and weights and dims records with calculated fields to store accurate dimensional data. The implementation automated the record creation workflow so that changes to standard fields which drive calculations generate new records, preserving historical calculation integrity and improving item data governance.
The technical modernization included a SuiteScript 1.0 rewrite comprising 34 scripts, ten suitelets, three portlets, seven client scripts, four scheduled scripts, and ten user event scripts, consolidated through the development of five shared library scripts. Refactoring reduced code volume by more than 10,000 lines. The customer facing generator tool was rebuilt in SuiteCommerce Advanced, migrated from the Pre Denali incarnation to Elbrus, with a new data model delivered in three months, reducing code by 5,300 lines and resolving 23 outstanding reported bugs.
Operationally the implementation impacted manufacturing operations and order orchestration, and extended into the commerce configurator used by sales and customer service. Governance changes included formalized data calculations and automated record creation to enforce data consistency, and a code library approach to improve maintenance and future releases within the Manufacturing ERP environment.
